Exercises can be modified for beginners and advanced for those more experienced so it is suitable for most.

Classes are currently being delivered via Zoom in accordance with Government guidelines for group training. However under normal circumstances small group Mat Pilates sessions are run at 360 Fitness on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
